Any phone cases brought through our website is eligible for 5 days replacement only if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Customers are eligible for a replacement of the exact product and not a refund. Refunds are possible only when the returned item doesnt have a replacement unit in stock. These refunds will be credited to the customers account provided within 3 Business Days.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted for size or defect-related issues only.
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Return Shipping Fee
A reverse pickup charge of ₹69 will be deducted from your refund or payable for exchanges.
This fee applies per return request (not per item).
Return Not Accepted If:
The item is worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Tags or original packaging are missing.
The request is made after the 7-day window.
Refund Process
Refunds for returns will be issued to the UPI/QR provided by the customer. Any refundable amount will be credited within 24 hours after the quality check & return approval
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required to process any warranty claim. Claims without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

At SUBLE, we are committed to providing high-quality products and dependable performance. Our Wireless Car Charger comes with a 12-Month Limited Warranty, designed to cover any functional issues that may arise during regular use.
Scope of Coverage
This warranty applies to internal functional defects that affect the proper working of the product under normal conditions. This includes issues such as:
• Charging failure or irregular charging performance
• Magnetic hold malfunction with compatible devices
• Type-C connector issues that affect power transfer
• Internal circuitry faults resulting in product failure
These are considered covered defects if they occur without any signs of external damage or misuse.
Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
• Physical damage such as cracks, dents, scratches, or broken parts
• Damage from drops, water, heat exposure, or external force
• Use with incompatible adapters, cables, or non-recommended accessories
• Wear and tear from routine use, including surface fading or logo wear
• Any unauthorized modifications or attempted repairs
• Issues caused by improper handling, installation, or storage

If you experience a defect covered under this warranty:

3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and guide you through the next steps
In some cases, product return may be required for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.

Shipping Terms
• Claims approved within 30 days of delivery may qualify for prepaid return shipping
• After 30 days, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
